Q. What are the Sugar soiree's like?
A. An upscale party that will satisfy your hunger for a delicious, female-centric, no pressure environment that's ready for play! Sugar is exclusively produced for exceptional couples and single ladies, so expect to meet classy, intelligent, sexy party people.
Q. Where is the party located and how do we receive an invitation?
A. Sugar is held at a secluded, private location in the South Bay, near Morgan Hill. Invitations are only sent to registered Sugar guests. Please visit the Invitation section to learn how to receive an invitation.
Q. Is there a fee to attend Sugar?
A. Yes. We have a monthly membership donation of $60 for couples that attend the party. Ladies are always free.
Q. Do we have to play?
A. Believe it or not, this is the most commonly asked question... of course not! Follow your own comfort level and respect the same of people around you. NO means NO to anyone making any unwanted moves. We will ask anyone who is making others uncomfortable to leave immediately. We'd like to say we have RARELY had to do this in all the parties we have hosted. The secret is who's invited. We pride ourselves on selecting couples and single ladies that we feel will add to the evening.
Q. How often do you have your parties, and how many guests attend?
A. The parties are typically held on the first Friday of every month, and we send out invitations to registered guests 3 weeks before the party. We typically have anywhere from 20 to 40 couples in attendance. We like to keep the parties small, as we feel that's more suitable for a play party of this sorts... the parties are for our enjoyment, too!
Q. Is there a bar?
A. Sugar is a BYOB event, so you'll need to bring your own libations. We always provide mixers, ice, water and cups, and for our larger events, we have a bar tender and parking attendant on staff.
Q. Are there any rules?
A. Yes, just a few: 1. Absolutely NO WINE or GUM allowed. 2. If a female guest leaves the party, her male date must leave at the same time. No orphaned single guys please! 3. Please keep your invite to yourself and do not forward it to anyone else. 4. No drinks allowed in the play rooms. 5. No drama allowed... unless you are in a secure, happy and trusting relationship, parties of this nature are not a good idea for you.
Q. Can we invite our sexy friends?
A. Of course! But remember, Sugar is an exclusive party for select couples and single ladies. Think quality, not quantity. Do NOT show up with your friends in tow... bad form! Your friends can register for an invitation within the Invitation section.
Q. What should I wear?
A. We encourage all you delicious ladies to be as sexy or glamorous as you'd like... leather, vinyl, lace; whatever gets you off! Feel free to wear that revealing outfit that you could never wear to a regular club! Gentlemen: You can't let the ladies down! Absolutely NO jeans, tennis shoes, or baseball hats are allowed! A suit is not required but please dress to impress. A nice shirt and slacks will do.
Q. When should we arrive?
A. Doors open at 9:30, and we do not allow guests to arrive after midnight.
Q. We have never been to one of your parties before...what's the crowd like?
A. Literally hand picked over the past 6 years. Every one is hot, vibey, sexy, easy on the eye and the spirit. Couples, triples and single ladies only. We have a very diverse crowd spreading across all kinds of scenes.
Q. What is the age range of the couples (and single ladies) attending?
A. Well apart from the obvious over 21 thing, we don't really have one. Generally, Sugar guests range from early/mid 20s to mid/late 40s, with most guests in their early/mid 30s. We look for style, a liveness, a
spirit, self respect and confidence, a commonality and an openminded playfulness rather than defining someone based on the number of summers they have lived.
Q. Do you have a coat check?
A. We do not offer a coat check. However, we do dedicate a room that's specifically for bags and coats, and we keep the room locked throughout the party. We have never had someone's belongings stolen. Again, the secret is who's invited.
